I don’t know if it affected the man on the train yesterday, he was talking to himself and his coat, and putting his head into it, seemed he was having many conversations with many people, initially felt the urge to move somewhere quieter but stayed as there wasn’t any physical threat, but getting off the train he shook my hand and said maybe we’ll meet again. I’m glad I didn’t move away, some people did. It became like witnessing a child with a vivid imagination and was even sweet at times when he was making the sounds of the train and getting excited as we passed empty carriages. Acceptance and peace with what is.

Yes I’m a therapist who loved to find the best method for supporting clients. But after I became more and more aware, I realized that all these methods are always sending the message to clients that something is wrong with them. At the same time it is really good to support people that want support I truly believed and believe. Then I found a method that does give presence and I was amazed how the presence allowed the client to find their own answers. It was amazing. So that’s my best method now…presence.

Are you reffering to a specific method, that you have found or is it just presence. As a coach I am often working with my clients to increase presence, through common conscious breathing for example or hypno-meditative techniques, which increase presence. And I totally agree, that intuition is more fruitful with presence: I am sometimes totally astonished, what happens when I follow these intuitions and express them.

I had an awakening after my life situation became too much. Relationship ending, seeing my childhood dynamics with my parents, questioning my uni degree. Crying, laughing, letting go, but my mind was currents were still there. Then one morning I had a lucid dream after trying for a long time and the connection to ego was severed. I flew into light and was reset. It came back three weeks later as information came to me about my biggest pain that pulled me back. But for those three weeks I learnt a lot. I could always see after my interactions the wheels turning in the peoples mind. When I didn’t engage with their ego there was confusion which left an opening in them. When you are still it only takes a little time for their ego to run out of juice and be left cracked you could say. I’m doing the work now to have that back and to be of service through my presence. For ten years I wanted the presence to come suddenly like it once did but I believe my karma is to work through it and understand it on a deeper level rather than have it gifted to me.

Been there, 35 years with pupils in that age. Presence can be there without sitting in silence. Tolle even mentions meditation as an artificial state. It is out there in life and your consciousness there that matters, and makes difference for you and others. He also mentions it is not what you do that matters, it is how you do it. Is there consciousness in the situation? Found that bringing consciousness to situations will improve the situations.

Does the inter relational flux demand a binary coefficient instilling "Consciousness" as a "Whole" or the "Sum Of Its Parts?" Metaphysical rhetoric, flourishing with superficial dogma, "exists" as a co dependency in how interaction is "perceived." "Presence", is a diluted, transitory state in which a "sub set" functions as a substantive, "Ontological" condition of "awareness." Conscious "thought" cannot transpire at a rudimentary level to form a "collective." "Consciousness" is a meaningless, vacuous term if two humans engage in dialogue void of "substance."

@@Pedro-s4k3y I understand your hesitation around the idea of "collective consciousness," especially in the context of non-duality, where distinctions between "collective" and "individual" can seem contradictory. It's important to recognize that non-duality points to a reality beyond words and mental concepts. Language, by its nature, creates divisions-such as "collective" and "individual"-which don't fully capture the formless nature of what non-duality refers to. In non-duality, all distinctions are seen as constructs of the mind, and in that sense, there isn't a separate “collective consciousness” or “individual consciousness.” There is simply consciousness-one unified presence that appears to fragment itself through our human experience. The term "collective" is just a way of describing how this singular consciousness expresses itself through different forms, but ultimately, there is no separation. When we get caught up in the semantics, it can seem like a contradiction, but in truth, non-duality transcends language. Words can point to it, but they are not the truth itself. What matters is realizing that the essence of our being, of everyone’s being, is the same. We share the same source, the same consciousness, and that is what some call "collective consciousness."
