Bhai, Once I happened to meet one of the family member of Zinda Tilismat and asked him the same question, after hearing his answer I really impressed by their commitment and quality control measures to keep the product as it is. The answer was : to convert the tooth powder in to tooth paste we have to add water and to avoid fungus formation due to moisture we need to add preservative which is of chemical base. So to maintain the original Unani formula and avoid chemicals we stick to age old formula.
