Howes Products: In the Lab - Harmful Water Effects in Diesels

This is what I was looking for to treat my boat fuel tank and separate the water/moisture from the diesel and have the centrifuge water separator remove the water

I have been using Howes since 2005 in my Jeep Liberty. It has never experienced fuel gelling even though I buy biodiesel. It now has 260,000 miles on all the original parts.

I have a lift pump on my 2012 duramax. I use your howes products. My lift pump has a water separater. And still have the factory filter/water seperater. I drain them from time to time. Never seen any water.... what happens if I suddenly get water in the seperater? Will it stay there? Or if it gets full of water I should say. Will it get sucked up with the diesel and end up in the motor? Hope I made sense. 😆

So it pushes the water to the bottom, and then it magically doesn’t have water in the bottom? Which is it?

It pushes the water out of the fuel so it can be safely removed by your water separator.
