BRO ONG THIS JUST WORKED. I’ve been trying to do this for the last hour and it worked. First I was like something was wrong because the short cut wasn’t working when I pressed share. All you gotta do is restart your phone and it works. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE VIDEO

for those who it didn’t show in the share sheet: try to add it to your home screen by clicking on “add to home screen” in the same place you have the “add to share sheet”, then, share the video you want, it will probably appear in the share sheet, it worked for me.

I found the problem to some of y'alls problems. At 1:26, instead of only having "Media," enable Files, and PDFs too. It should work after.

Easiest step by step instructions I found doable, because, you literally stayed and Showed what to click on for every single steps. The other videos were confusing. Thank you for educating us lay people how to achieve our goals easily. My example, I am an RN, when I talk with families, patients, I speak in layman language as opposed to big medical terms… if they have medical background, that is different. So TYSM. I had trouble with my shortcut not showing up when I wanted to convert but What helped me was when you go to name the shortcut like he stated in the video you have to also change the icon as well

So if you follow the steps just like in the video it should work, the only thing I would do is make a folder of the downloaded item. And you would change the sub path. 2:40 hit the little arrow after “Save encoded media to (destination)” that’s where you can set the file path.

When I went to put the file in the shortcuts my whole screen just froze with half of it opening files and the other half still on photos. It gets fixed when I do that swipe up thingy to exit apps

By the way I think it changed to where at almost the end of the video, he said to go to the shortcut, but you could just click on the save it to files button, and then you could put it in a brand new folder for audios and/or anything related to that 😅😊
