great tutorial, very clear. Alas I need your help Peter. I followed all the steps but when I go to share my video file, the shortcut does not appear, evenif I go to "edit shortcuts".. any ideas??

That’s odd? Go back through the instructions again and make sure you include try at share sheet option.

you can also use the documents app by readdle to extract audio . i use it all the time !

Q: Can we select specific settings such as selecting wav (rather aiff), mp3 (rather m4a), the bitrate for compressed file (320, 256, 192, 128kbps, etc), the sample rate & bit resolusion (44.1, 48, 96khz) (16, 24, 32 bit) in the shortcuts app ?

The Shortcuts app doesn’t have a heap of options. And only has the Apple supported file types. WAV or MP3? You’ll need a third party app. kzbin.info/www/bejne/h3u3pmd8mM-Srsksi=rzhAiwsgiS_iynjn

Do you have any tips on trying to get this to work? I’m trying to do this so I can take the audio files and put them in my Local Files Playlist in Spotify and I need to put audio files into the File labeled ‘Spotify’ in my Files app (I know this isn’t a storage issue because I Have 64+ gigabytes of storage)
