Old windfury looks so amazing they need to bring it back. Resil isnt functioning on beta right now so dots are crushin right now. Nice vid!

Don't forget to have a shield in your bags for swaps against rogues. A shield legit doubles your armor and is totally worth switching to when fighting against melee, particularly rogues. Also remember the stoneskin totem against rogues. The bulk of their damage is from auto attacks so reducing each strike by a set amount really adds up as does poison cleansing totem against them.

Windfury and windfury totem being significant is great and nearby buddies getting buffed from us getting crits feels great. I still like 2h smack down from classic but tbc sounds like we really get to dive into melee and it significantly helps our allies. It's the reason I got into Shaman to begin with.

I remember when the TBC pre-patch came out. I was so excited to try two-handed enhancement. I'd played on elemental in vanilla. I played probably three BGs as enhancement. Ran into a crowd, immediately died. Ran into another crowd, immediately died. Rinse repeat twenty more times. Went back to elemental and never looked back.

You should utilize Shamanistic rage more defensively. And.. get your shaman a good shield..

This should be called how NOT to play an enhance in pvp.. you don't use water shield and you save your earth shock to disrupt spells like polymorph etc. I could go on but those are two very important things to note for anyone wanting to pvp with enhance shaman

I played Enh in TBC it was fun. It's going to be awful in Classic there are going to be way too many Locks and Mages making your life hell.

I'm on the fence. I'm really thinking enhance for PvP / PvE. Mainly because ele doesnt even have a defensive its like a one-shot-boom-boy or ded

@U Bie yeah just to be clear Enhance is alot better in arenas then Elemental and enhance has higher dps then elemental in raids. Only in bgs where youre just kinda vulnerable ele is better because they can keep their distance

i heard it is out of the meta in TBC because of the talent in TBC where you get a crit it gives you 60% off mana cost of next shock. More hits more crits with dual weild. But I hear 2h is OK

For raid, ele for sure. For 3s, probably enhance, but it's kinda 'off meta' compared to rogues and warriors. For 5s, it's a toss up depending on comp, but ele might have a slight edge.

@@Evoluti0nz. They're both very viable, it's just TBC raid fights are not very melee friendly so most raid leads will stack more ranged. For pvp, it really depends, but I'd say Enh has an edge over Ele just cause ele has serious pvp problems in TBC (which go away when ele becomes a god in wotlk).

Enhance was in its prime during WOTLK thru pandaria. After the "pruning" thing it really got gimped and was never quite the same. I will not participate in the TBC cash grab. If anything, that OLD game should have been released free as a thank-you for players who have been subbed for years... instead they're charging what... $80 for the game and $30 per char unless you want to start a new one from scratch. No thanks.

Was always Enhance in TBC... but why do again? mage rogue lock... just far far too dominant, zero balance so seems pointless. If they balanced it all, be amazing as I loved the game and gearing at this time, just balancing is totally whack
