I have made this recipe, it is very moist and tender. I made half of the recipe and added 4 tablespoons of milk because the mixture was quite thick. but it's still soft and has a texture like in the video. Its the best eggless muffins ever❤❤❤

I made these muffins yesterday and they turned out perfect!! Seriously the best eggless chocolate muffins i ever tried. Not overly sweet or bitter, just perfect and the texture is so soft. Thank you Valentina 💕💕

A la place de ta vidéo ? censé la visionner en 1 er ? Mais bon comme j'ai toujours mon doigt près à stoppé nete les pubs ? I tried it and it came out so perfectly good gooye and moist but it was not holding the mould can you please tell me how can i get that mould shape perfectly and when i baked it that was crumbly inside

Glad you liked it, thanks for your precious feedback! Maybe it didn't hold its shape because you didn't use a muffin pan like I did in the video? If you use a pan the shape will come out! If they turn out crumbly, maybe you overbake them; next time try to bake them for less minutes.

Hey its me piyush who commented on instagram, just wanted to say Tried ur cheesecaje reciepe it turned out to be absoulet best but just one thing it was very creamy and soft, how can I achive its texture in a more smooth way like I found it slightly dense and not so smooth and light like of cafes, Please respond, otherwise the taste was on pOinT

Hello! Maybe it was slightly underbaked if too creamy, you can try to bake it for more minutes or skip the waterbath. Every oven is different so the timing and method for baking could vary.

Hot water means, hot boiling water or luke warm?

I bring it to a boil in microwave then I use it a few minutes later…it should be very hot, not lukewarm, but it doesn't matter if not boiling in the moment you’re adding it. Happy baking! 😘

Hello! Check if you misured well the ingredients, it seems that you used too much flour...If you have any doubt, please use a kitchen scale: grams measurements are more precise than cups!
