Me too. I cooked a heel of round roast tonight. But I'd certainly take one for the team and have one of those sandwiches right about now. BTW, I didn't eat the entire roast. It's 2 1/2 pounds so I have enough for 2 more meals.

I love steak on ciabatta. my fav way is horsey sauce on bottom, loads of strip, caramelized onion, a little arugula dressed with some nice olive oil salt + pepper, then roasted red pepper sauce on top
