Also if you freeze the caramel at least 24 hours before hand its stops “dripping” least long enough for you to cover it with chocolate : Turned out looking amazing though! 😁

yes- but "fishes" is actually commonly used, while it might not be recognized as an actual word, it's like ain't used to be. A lot of people use and recognize it as one, but it might not be official. that's why I used "sheep" as an example instead when I basically commented the same thing as you.
