Jsjajaja mira señor campesino si no eres peruano entonces te explico.yummy es una palabra en inglés que acá usamos mucho no es un condimento.y tu a que le llamas combo?!!!porque este es un solo plato típico del Peru y le llamamos cau -cau y Combo es varías platos juntos.haci que ya vas a aprender algo nuevo.pareses Puertorriqueño o Dominicanono?

HOLA LUISA! Yo antes no le agregaba ni zanahoria-ni alverjitas! Pero en un recetario de Comida Peruana antiguo - ahi vi que le agregaban y desde ese momento se lo agregó! La verdad queda muy rico! Si deseas solo echas menos cantidad!!! Si lo preparas Que todo te quede delicioso!! La hierba que le da mucho sabor es la hierbabuena 🌿🌱

@@zoylaM oh si amiga somos de la guardia vieja en la comida sin la Yerba buena olvídate no es cau cau.pero no se a mi la verdad nunca me gustaron las alverjitasverdes las separaba al rededor del plato y mi mamá se rindió y no más me puso alverjas en mi plato.😀,y mis hijos tampoco les gustan.pero te digo una cosa se ve ese plato hermoso de colores..yo cocino casi como tú pero veo tus videos para salir de apuros y ya se lo que tengo que usar.eres genial más por nada por la paciencia que tienes en dictar tus videos.😍😍😍😍😍😍👏👏👏👏👏👏

Si amiguita la Yerba buena es lo mejor para todo y para los tes delicioso.trate de hacer con alverjitas y zanahoria y no les gusta a mis hijas .pero se ve ese plato tuyo sabroso.yo se que se le echaba así antes .pero ni modo🤷🏻‍♀️
