This performance makes me understand why people have a theory that Hozier is some immortal ancient Irish forest creature. The softness in some of those line and the extreme poetry of the lyrics is just so stunning. I am loving these reactions.

Hozier is one of the very few artists who sound better live than on the albums - his Instagram lives last spring literally saved my sanity in lockdown. No filters, no layering, no cosmetic changes like auto tune: just him and a guitar. Damn, I miss concerts.
@RandomBlair3 жыл бұрын
Also that he made the effort to hold these poetry fridays, where he read to us! I've seen him live twice now and easily the best vocals I've experienced so far. Definitely better in person than on a record and his records are incredible.

It's in Kilkenny Castle in Ireland, the building is 764 years old it was built in 1260 and that's why the acoustics are so special, if you like that thete is a show online called Other voices in St. James's Church in Dingle in Co. Kerry that one is 200 years old and has had some of the most famous singers in the world perform there. It's truly magical.
