Friends, I have an HP Compag 6710b NotBook W7 and I can't get the digital reading device to work using the AuthenTec Inc. AES2501B Driver. It is installed but how can I activate it without any software to work like the camera on the NotBook? Please help

Wonderful tutorial! I wasn't expecting any results to popup thinking that this was an obscure laptop, but I am sure glad that you made a video on this. I was able to swap out ram and a hard drive to make this laptop usable again.

Dude i have this same notebook and i love it. Thanks for this informative infovideo. I was thinking of puting soem new memory on mine too. Could u tell me the temps on yours with full load? Mine is around 92 degrees Celsius = 197.6 degrees Fahrenheit with no ~10% load. i believe my cooler is broken but i not sure.

Laptops don't have slots for dedicated gfx, you'd have to get a whole new laptop for a new graphics card.
