Word kept saying there was no paper, but there was. Nothing was stuck, but by following your instructions to open up the various compartments, it must have reset something and now it works. Thank you for these instructions.

Hello, I do this but every time when try to print double sided, first page printed and then paper jammed in duplex-er. Print report said that only 30 pages printed double sided. where can be the problem with duplexer? Thanks for attention!
