i have the app on my phone and do not see printer settings. I also cannot download it on windows because it doesnt allow me can you help? i need to align my ink cartridge its not printing any black ink but the cartridge is full

You need to do it through app. Try to reset printer and connect again to WiFi and then do the alignment.

Thanks for this video, do you know if the cleaning process takes more time mine is still spinning and saying cleaning is in progress but it’s been spinning about 5 mins now , Any suggestions ?
