Hello, where do the colors come from in this printer? Does it come with colors on it? I see that other printers have colors on it, but does this printer have them too?

The HP Envy 6020e has a cool LED light bar that gives you hints about what’s going on. It’s usually white when things are normal, flashes when it’s busy, and turns amber/orange if there’s an issue (like a jam or ink problem). The "i" light comes on when it needs attention, like for updates or connection issues

Hi Thanks for your comment. The "i" light on your HP Envy 6020e means the printer having some kind of issue. Since you’ve replaced the cartridges with originals, it could be a connection issue, a firmware update needed, or the cartridges not seated properly. Try restarting the printer (unplug it for a couple of seconds) and or reseating the cartridges. You could also check the HP Smart app for details. If it’s still on you might run a diagnostic or update the firmware. Hope this will help.

Hi there. Based on your video we can easily connect it with our mobile device in order to have the wanted results. I have a question related to the connection with a laptop. Do we have the chance to connect it with a laptop or not? Do we need an extra programme to install or it can be done in an easy way? Thanks in advace for your response.

Hi! Thanks so much for your comment. I have all my devices connected to this printer, and if you're on the same Wi-Fi network as the printer, you can easily add it. You can do this by either: 1. Selecting "Add Printer" from the program you're trying to print from. 2. Going to your laptop's settings, choosing "Bluetooth and devices," and then selecting "Printers and scanners." There, you'll find an option to add a printer. Just make sure your printer is powered on and already connected to Wi-Fi. I hope this helps!

Hola, gracias por tu comentario. Siempre es bueno saber que a alguien le gusta el video. Cuando tienes un documento y quieres imprimirlo, tendrás la opción de imprimir por ambos lados. Si seleccionas esa opción, podrás imprimir por ambos lados con esta impresora. (google translate) Hi thanks for your comment. it's alway nice to hear someone likes the video. 9 out of 10 times it's connected with my phone. Sometimes it's not connected with WiFi and I have to restart the printer

4:12 on the right side there’s a little black plastic that’s holding the lid up. It’s stuck on my printer, and printer can’t locate Wi-Fi 😢 either, it just stays in searching for Wi-Fi mode 😅

Yes, you'll just need to set it up via WiFi first before the USB port can be used (if desired) - that's why there's a sticker over the USB port.
