Hahaha - when I was a youngster it was idiots setting very rich idle mixtures (carbies, back then, so easy to do) and driving round in too high a gear...

So if I drop my rpm idle speed I can achieve this?

No, you need to set up your ecm to advance timing until idle rpm is achieved and then retard timing to bring it back down... repeat with what I assume is defined steps of how much to adjust, i.e. the 20 to 30 degrees mentioned in this video. This will overshoot your idle speed then it'll overshoot the idle speed again when it retards by that large 20 to 30 degrees.

It's the sound of a lopey cam (at idle) via tuning rather than installing a different cam, hence the term 'ghost cam' - Taz.
