I am 41. I have so many symptoms of perimenopause it's not even funny. Is this possible? The vaginal thinning/dryness/cracking, the depression, anxiety, feeling like I'm walking in a daze, dry skin, dry lips (on my face), the fatigue, the fewer and less days of periods, the tingling in my feet (not all the time), the introversion, night sweats, insomnia, waking up drenched in sweat, joint pain, muscle tension, brain fog. Just to name a few Anyone have any suggestions? Can this be perimenopause at 41??? Please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This is no way to live!!!!

I am age of 46 and have severe hit flushes and night sweet..doctor suggest me hrt ..and I have no periods forgive one year then got for one month and now no periods from last 4 months .doctor prescribed me estrabet estrogel .should I go to hrt..or i go to with progestron pls..help
