I been going to physical therapy for a month for lower back pain. Most of these are my assigned exercises but I didn't feel any improvement and thought these were too easy. I found your video and now I know was never doing them right. Thanks for explaining. ❤

I’ve enjoyed watching and learning from all the videos I’ve viewed so far. Thank you. These are such great refreshers for me since I was an athlete in school many years ago. I was able to maintain very good strength and muscle mass until I hit 75! A tip for those that are younger…don’t let it slide. It’s so much haeder getting back into shape as you age!

Thanks, I watched the video. I've had previous recommendations of not flattening the lower back due to it straightening the lordosis and straining discs which might be healing. What's your take on that? Could I also ask, are there any recommendations for exercises for those with Thoracic Scoliosis?

Will my daughter, the biologist, is in London at the moment, we are STEM, her mother in law lives behind Wimbleton 🎾 she camped in the backyard, said it was funny as there's a 1 min. delay between the growd and the tele (She's back to Montreal soon, I've reminded her she can camp here and listen to golfing!)

Another KZbin video said the bird dog is dangerous for any one who’s had lower back issues . Leg should only be just of the ground, so the back arm and leg are one straight line. A mirror or an observer would help !

Isn't the 'core activation' just a pelvic tilt? or are you just doing a breathing technique here, more so contracting the abdominals?

@KA-lu6gj Жыл бұрын
Not a doctor, but I've never seen an athlete do it. I know it's very annoying at the gym when people do this, because they inevitably run into everyone. I've seen it on the treadmill, but i don't think it's of much use.

Are the side planks bad if you have degenerative disks in lower back? I've been told for years I to reduce back pain by strengthening core but due to chronic pain fear I've developed fear of exercise at any little sensation. I also have stenosis in neck and shoulder problems. Just finished almost 2 years of frozen shoulder, close to a year each side. I'm terrified of getting it again.
