Menopause causes massive muscle atrophy if you are not someone who works out. I lost the ability to squat and stand straight up from squatting, without having to pull myself up, in a matter of months. It's shocking how quick it happens.

Sounds like it might be sciatic pain. Acupuncture helps all kinds of pain including sciatica, and should always be done before any surgery. Might not need surgery. I’m 78 and have no joint pains of any kind despite diagnosed with lumbar arthritis, bone spurs and severe degenerative discs for decades! No surgeries. I do a weekly gentle stretching and yoga class and occasional stretches and strengtheners at home during the week and it keeps me strong and painfree. Good luck. ❤

At 53 I had many of these symptoms. I thought it was from a bad back and hip. It turned out I had to have a stent put in my leg. The Dr said both arteries were completely blocked and I had a femoral to femoral bypass.
@yayam77883 ай бұрын
How did the doctor know?
@Joeypeeps693 ай бұрын
@@yayam7788 The back Dr did a simple test by pushing his finger on the top of my foot. When you push and hold for a second, then let go, the color goes from white to normal. Thats the blood flow. So the left foot was very slow coming back, the right foot came back quicker. Then they sent me to a vascular Dr. They do testing including a sonogram, and an MRI. They confirmed blockage. They tried to do a stent procedure and both the side were completely blocked. So i had a bypass, they put a synthetic tube in you and reroute the blood flow. My fatigue in my leg is way better. And I know longer have the real bad hip pain. However the back is still bad. So I still have other problems. You can have multiple symptoms and dual problems.
@Joeypeeps693 ай бұрын
@@yayam7788 They do a few tests see if it's vascular related. Sometimes it's dual problems. So I did have back problems, however the leg fatigue, and the hip were from blocked arteries. Heres a quick test he did that you can do. He pushed on the top of my left foot for a second and held it, then let go. The color went from white to normal skin tone much slower. Then he did the right side. It was a little faster. he then said I think it's a vascular problem. So they will schedule a few tests, to clearly see the blood flow in the arteries. An MRI, then a cat scan with a dye, and a sonogram.

I went sometime last year, for a "Biopsy" to take a piece of flesh from my scalp, but I have recently moved, and have not received my results yet. Should I be worried about this?

When watching people out on the street, just be careful not to confuse that gait with when a woman is intentionally swaying her hips to draw attention to them. Women will do this sometimes. I used to sway my hips for short periods of walking just to make a certain fabric in my skirt/pants flow the way I wanted it to or to stretch my tight external obliques and outer hips and even lower back sometimes. It felt good. The exaggerated step allowed me to stretch without having to stop. I was perfectly able to keep my hips stable. My guess is there will be signs that the person looks strong enough to be stable but is still swaying. She'll likely look like she has good balance. Then you know she's stretching or highlighting her outfit or the shape of her hips... or something I haven't thought of 'cause I never did it for that reason.

Did lumbar microscopic dicectomy 5 months ago, i had little pain back 2 weeks ago, i go back to doctor, he advice me to do physical therapy. I got little relax. After one week again, i got again seviour pain in my right leg toeards to feet. I gone through a new MRI, dr. Said there is a new herniation in the same disc. As per doctor advice i took fully rest at home 2 months with only little walk inside at home after surgery,. I was started work only after 2 moth as per Doctor instruction. One thing now understand. Dont belive them doctor. They are not addressing after the surgery regarding the disc portion what is inside body. They just remove the disc wich is conpressing on the nurve. If patients if come back with re herniation, they will start talk about another surgery. It call fusion. I wish to say all the people who suffer with back pain. Dont go surgery, dont belive doctors. They technology is broken.
