Hua Hin Golf Shop - Used golf clubs, from budget to high quality

I paid 1000 baht at Lake View for clubs I could have bought at this shop for 4400 or less. The going rate for club rentals is 800-1000 baht per round for old used clubs. Now we have a better option to own clubs that are as good or better than renting.

Yes, Kari is a wealth of information. Golf leaves, tournaments, men’s groups, are a mystery in Hua Hin as there does not seem to be a central online source. Kari is a human source and worth spending your money there just to ask questions. He’s been in the golf market in Hua hin for 19+ years.

Thanks for the VDO, By the way Decathlon in Thailand has very good golf shoes as well for a low price. I always use to buy Ecco golf shoes, but after some disappointments on the quality and lifespan, I tried Inesis (house brand of Decathlon) golf shoes, providing me good quality, a longer lifespan and for 1/4 of the price. One question though: which golf club in Hua Hin would you recommend which has a lively golf community,?

Thanks for this very informative video. A great idea. Would save dragging clubs around internationally. Would that shop be opposite or near The Royal Hua Hin Golf Club ?

@@IDGAF180 I tried renting clubs and shoes twice before I found this shop, horrible clubs and shoes for 800+ each round. Unfortunately, the owner of this shop who became my friend has passed away from a motorbike accident back in January. His Thai wife and daughter run the shop and they are great people and will take care of you.

Very good question. I looked before and could not find storage in Hua Hin beyond locker style. Foreigners who build homes here have commented on forums about storage.

One problem is you need temp controlled storage of 34c or less or any plastic/pleather will get destroyed over time like my golf shoes did.

I thought about opening a storage facility in Hua Hin 20 years ago because I thought it would be great to store clothes, golf equip, etc., so I could fly from San Francisco with a duffel bag and flip flops and it would all be here. It’s one reason I bought my first condo here to keep a car, clothes, golf equip, etc.
