if they figure out how to make the tri fold work better its gonna be fking amazing i mostly say this cuz the screen size/format could be pretty useful however it also needs to function correctly and not be so... easy to break

I always thought the Tri fold is impractical for my taste. Imagine holding 3 phones at the same time. that's how heavy it is and I already knew it the moment I hold on to my sister's Z fold. If I want more screen. I rather just use a PC or a tablet. I also want to reiterate what steve jobs said when he was introducing the Iphone. he said that keypads were there whether you like it or not that's why the touch screen from the Iphone back then was so popular. folding it to look like it was just a regular phone was just an illusion. cause it's still there whether you like it or not and it's the total opposite of what people should be trying to accomplish.

Yeah, there was a lot of cringe surrounding Windows Phone marketing (not to mention Zune). The difference is those devices weren't entirely stupid like this trifold goofiness. The thing is, had Windows Phone not been mismanaged, including the huge SDK reset between 7 and 8, it might have done well. I had a Windows Phone 7 device, and it was actually pretty damn excellent and I loved the Silverlight based SDK. Phone 8, moving to a common NT codebase and the WinRT framework, pretty much crapped over all existing application development for the platform, and was substantially underdeveloped (joking called Silverlight v.almost). Had they just accepted that mobile should have stayed on CE with Silverlight, I think things would have turned out very differently.

@@smakfu1375 Zune i would say failed because the ipod was already very popular. i had it and i didn't have anything wrong with it, it was nice though not to use apple forced file system that locked the music into that format
