I was a stagehand back in the 80's and worked 3 nights of Huey at the Cal Expo Amphitheatre in Sacramento....On Saturday night, a bunch of the San Francisco 49ers came to the show and hung out backstage.....good times.....and it was a great show as well

I saw Huey Lewis And The News only one time when they first came to Dublin in the 80s. I had never heard of them when they played the National Boxing Stadium in Dublin. It's still the best live gig I ever saw. It's made me a lifelong fan. They came to Dublin again but I was always busy working in a band. I love these guys.

Double-edged sword. Got them so much exposure, but it can be too much. I think their videos showcased their playful side, which is great. And it’s nice to see this much success happen to such a nice guy.
