These are absolutely fabulous tips and the advice is very trustworthy. *from another video- I came to use the Pura D'or shampoo and conditioner. Never have I ever been more impressed by a hair product in the shower. It works! Thank you many times over Sally for leading me to them!!😊❤

Great tips! I used Skin Hair & Nails a few years ago. My hair grew to mid back & nails are still so strong & long I have to cut them. I hand wash dishes in hot water, work out 9hrs weekly & don't use polish. (Alcohol in hand cleaners will snap them however.) I'd like to use polish, but most removers dry your nails. Do you suggest one? I eat lots of protein, but need more, so tysm for the Collagen brand!♥️ My skin, tho, has become dry & flaky on my face, legs & arms. There are many supplements that claim to help. Do you suggest one for dry skin? I exfoliate & use natural oils but getting castor oil now. I found that brand in the link, but no pump. Iso organic, cold pressed & hexate free thanks to you ♥️ Surprised about the shaver-brilliant! Was afraid to try it. Foundation just doesn't sit well on flaking & peach fuzz🍑 Great tips!!

Do you have a makeup setting spray recommendation? I've use cream blush for a dewy finish & Cover Girl setting spray, but it'll still rub off. Thanks for mentioning makeup shades! My fav L'Oreal blur foundation shade 240 was discontinued, was a perfect match & nothing comes close

Sally, do you prefer the Embyrolisse cream to the Astral cream?

It’s very different. Embryolisse is lighter but packed with beautiful ingredients therefore suitable for all skin types and perfect under makeup. Astral contains lanolin which some people are allergic to. Astral is my go to for deep hydration after sun, pre fake tan or post shower and all over body hydration as it’s so affordable I can use loads.
