I've been cleaning school shelves and binders and drawers and all the school areas too. I have one more area to clean out. It feels good to start our summer with that part done. It's so amazing that you were able to get all that done in one day. Good job mama!🌻

I saw an idea when my oldest son started school and was always bringing home art projects and stuff (there’s oh so much) and you wanna keep it all or they do🙄. Take a picture of your kid with that project and then make a scrapbook/photo album of the pictures at the end of the year and it saves having to keep them😁

Our new learning year starts soon, I was super excited to do a clean out. Even my youngest got in on the fun. In a way I feel kind of sad, because it feels as if this year has gone by so fast.Your nails are beautiful by the way.

Mom struggles. I have such a hard time letting go of their work because I love seeing all their progress and accomplishments. I need some encouragement. I can let go of other things, but when it comes to the kids I have such a hard time. I get too emotional 😭. Thank you for doing this video. I gotta do this every couple of weeks or so, I couldn't wait that long lol. But my "teacher desk" is always untidy but somewhat of an organized mess :( the only thing I can't seem to keep organized at all is the completed worksheet bin where I'm supposed to put things into their binder. My youngest keeps going in there and pulling all the sheets out. I can't wait until my youngest is older and stops messing up the house >.

Ashlee, have you heard of Artkive? You can either take photos of work in the app and assemble the books through the app or mail in your top picks and they scan them and make the book. Either way, you get a book of memories! Maybe they’d be a sponsor? I’m going to try it with all our artwork from this year.

I so badly need to do this!! But I tend to hard a super hard time getting rid of anything...I'm a sentimental sap...! Do you set a number on what you keep. How do you make yourself only keep a small amount? I have a very crafty kids who draws all the time and I just can't throw away any of his work...any tips? I have always been this way, but I think it got worst when my oldest son died. I just can't bring myself to even get rid of his toys, hot wheels or his superhero costumes, of course my other boys have worn them over the years as well and now out grown them, but I just can't seem to find the balance of keeping, giving away or throwing away.
