Depending on the age of the house, keep an eye on your hot water heater and AC units. Ten years is usually where things start to go out. Drain the water heater regularly and remember that elements can be changed so you don’t have to replace the entire tank(unless it’s rusted/damaged). Talk to your neighbors. Learn their names, hours, and where they work. Not to be creepy but depending on the person, they’re who sees/watches your house while you’re gone. Plus, friendly neighbors are always a plus.

Gotta do epoxy coated floors. I’ve done them on all my houses and family’s. My current house I went with RockSolid Polycuramine metallic and it’s awesome except it chips easy with dropped parts and tools. My old garage was grey with flakes, more durable but not blingy enough. Definitely after you Poor the new concrete, grind and coat floors. I went MaxJax lift since I didn’t have enough height. I have all these projects documented on my channel.

You need a big cabinet to store parts ( new and old), also it would be a good idea to put vynil on the washing/clean station wall. It would be easier to clean that wall from all the gunk splatters otherwise your OCD would go through the roof. Congrats on the garage that came with a house Milan, I’m excited for future videos 👊🏽

Looking very good, the hoist is the best have one in my garage , it is really a luxury . Being 83 years young i cud do without it. Hope to see some more of your future layouts , love the equipment that you installed. That air compressor is my favourite 16 cfm is ideal. If you want the ultimate invest in a refrigerated after dryer , that wi give you then a waterless ais, great for painting.
@milanmastracci2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the input Jan! I considered making about 50 feet worth of copper hard lines with drains to add before the first hookup for an air hose, so that any heated air can cool down and the water will condense. A proper dryer isn't out of the question, but is a bit expensive for someone who doesn't NEED completely dry air. I'll have to weigh all of my options 👍

How are those lights installed? Is it a pot light or sitting on top of the drywall?

The 25 lights are indeed pot lights, so the drywall is cut and the LED lights are recessed. The other spider lights thread into a standard A19 receiver.
