it helps if you back out on paying $1000 after agreeing and receiving the ownership to the car, like you did to me. Glad you totaled the z with no insurance like a clown that would be called Karma

@@zaqamarillo-iqbal2001 he decided to take $1000 off payment even though he didn't pay tax on the car lol. claimed he wanted to repaint the bumpers on a 6 year old car even though the paint was nearly perfect lol... decided to back out on paying me 1k the last day after i gave him the ownership a week in advance, dude is a joke of a human being and i made a mistake trusting him sadly. He didn't even send me my plate frames back and is still using them nor did he repaint anything that i had no choice of paying for

Just bought a 2010 G37S in an auction June 7th, 2022, for $3200 Canadian, with $1000 in fees for a total of $4200 CAD. No air bags out, no front bumper rebar damage, no headlight damage, no fender damage. Repaired with JB weld and loctite 10 minute adhesive’d the Rad support and the Fan shroud. I sourced a used radiator, hood, hood hinges, hood latch and plastic engine bay guards. All I need now is to find an IPL bumper cover or buy a used plastic one. I don’t want fibreglass and I’m not sure of any aftermarket ones. Then I will PDR some small dents, sand and etching primer some rust, prep for paint again. Because the car and engine bay is white I am going to repaint the whole car white again but with bigger metal flake. I bought to keep it. Yes it has a salvaged title but I think it was a good buy because the damage was up high and no bags were blown/minimal damage. 185,000km it has really bad curb rash but I think I can break the tires down, file, stone, sand and fill them, then paint them and get by for a year. Then get some new wheels next year and some intake/exhaust upgrades.

Did you register the cars after you bought them? Don’t know how it works or if it’s different in Canada
@indy528010 ай бұрын
Over here if you want to drive and flip you have to register it, but just to part out you don’t need to do so
@lukasethan64292 жыл бұрын
Totally agree. I’ve been flipping cars for two years, and I’ll never strip another one. I have 7 G35’s, and I have a warehouse full of parts. In the end I’m keeping 2, the rest are each dead Gs walking

Awesome to see money being made with cars and your skills! I've flipped a few cars fixing them, and I was considering trying to part some out, how long did you sit on the parts before you were able to sell them? And was it through eBay? Or like FB marketplace and Kijiji?
@milanmastracci2 жыл бұрын
These parts were sold locally on FB Marketplace only. Haven't shipped a thing. I've had this car for a couple months now, but most of the parts I listed are now sold. Given its a JCW, it went fast.

@milanmastracci2 жыл бұрын
The previous owner mentioned something about the engine, but I never ended up driving, or even try to turn it over. I knew I wanted the engine as priority 1, so given it came with the JCW turbo and manual transmission, the decision to buy it was a no brainer.

For the new mini swap the engine with k24 engine there is kit in production from RPT and it works great

Flipping cars - easier, but less profit and less hassle Parting out - much more profit, but takes much longer to break even, parts could be defected and returned. Selling “as is” could help, but it will take even more time as customers will have less trust

Very true!! 👍 The one thing I don't like though is that you have to have a bunch of money tied up in the car before you sell it.
