Have your framers build a plywood cover for the tubs on the next build. It protects your tubs and gives your tile guys a solid surface to stand on. Almost there!

Porcelain generally speaking is better than ceramic. Higher density aka more durable. Good accidental selection. Keep extra on hand for when/if they break. They don't keep manufacturing the same tiles that long.. at least in my area. Tenants can break anything. Good shit brother these vids are awesome.

Awesome video! Super informative. Thanks a ton! Do you use an interior designer or do you pick your own finishes? Also, looks like you don't shop around on materials. Floor & Decor will kill you on the materials. You need to go down to Hempstead Rd to buy tiles at wholesale prices. Also, you need to install 20 mm wear layer LVP for rentals. I have a great size much lower than F&F. Same on the Schluter edges. I know a guy selling it for $14 each.
