I think a detail people miss is the fact that the command heirarchy seems to stem from the initial person who gave the command. If someone commanded the Seraphim, said person can also alter their command mid execution. I.E when Lucci ordered the Seraphim to destroy the lab, he also commanders them to target Edison as soon as he was seen, and the Seraphim obey even before completing the previous order. This means that it cannot be Shaka, Lilith, York and Pythagoras at the minimum, since they all gave a command to a Seraphim and it would cancel out their own orders mid command and the Seraphim would stop, but they didn't.

I think my issue with this is that every Vegapunk has issued an order that wasn't followed except one. So it makes the traitor thing too obvious / so I think there's more to it. Or the obvious Eddison traitor reveal will be anticlimatic rather than a surprise. (Atlas has a slim chance to be the traitor too but she comes off way too spontaneous for that to be believable.)

Buggy sabotaged a bunch of snail cameras and even got possession of a video snail in the marineford war. Buggy avoided as many video snails as he could; but it would be impossible to avoid being detected by the snail cameras in impel down since there are all over in impel down.

My thoughts on Zoro vs Mihawk fight: Mihawk will have the upper hand, but Zoro will be able to hold his own. Just before Zoro is about to lose, Mihawk will reveal that he's a vampire, and will drink Zoro's blood after defeating him, thus making him even stronger. Drinking blood of strong opponents gives him strength, that's why he trained Zoro. At that moment, Zoro will realise that as a Vampire, mihawk is a minority. This will give Zoro a much needed boost, and he'll finally defeat Mihawk.

Luffy's stamina drain after using Gear 5 is a drawback he will suffer until he further masters his new abilities. When he began using Gear 3 the drawback was he shrunk, and when he mastered G3 it disappeared. And G4 drained his Haki for around 10 mins. I have no doubt that he will eventually get a handle on things once he trains more. And with the Nika fruit having the power it does, the side effects will never disappear altogether (like any superpower: the stronger the power, the higher the cost). Still, I speculate that this recovery time will lessen as he hones his abilities while in G5 mode.

Since this is Vegapunk, I don't really buy any of the ignored orders or being attacked as proof of innocence. It would be very simple to tell the seraphim to attack them a certain way or ignore a certain wording from them telling them to stop. For example, York could tell them to ignore her orders to stop, petrify her, and unpetrify her after everyone else is dead.

If one of the Vegapunks was the traitor then the other vegapunks would know because they all share their memories and info via the wireless brain thing. So maybe the Blackbeard pirates are working with a Vegapunk and they’re making pudding use her fruit to mess with the traitorous memories so that the Vegapunk can properly blend in. Maybe van augr is bringing pudding to egghead and back and maybe he’s the one disabling the security camera snails. Idk abt the van augr thing but the pudding thing is interesting. I can't get over the Gomu Gomu no Gattling inro because luffy has 2 right hands 💀 The difference between concepts like S-Hawk being a fanfiction and being a great addition to the story is that the fan fiction does not have the setup to earn the payoff. It's just "here you go enjoy this combination of things that I think are cool 🤓". From the prisoners st impel down, to the revelation of cloning at whole cake, to the dissolution of the warlords, to King's reveal, to the Egghead info dump, a reader can string together the events that make an otherwise fan-fic-y concepts an awesome revelation. Note that Oda made the intentional choice to choose Daz Bones too, because narratively it makes the payoff for Zoro that much sweeter. I do think there was a missed opportunity, since Buggy's ability (and remember Buggy and Zoro did fight) would be more suitable for a swordsman: a swordsman that can cut and not be cut would be theoretically unstoppable.
