I've been looking everywhere for a basic isolation video, but I can only ever find variations. And this is explained really well. Thanks so much!

Watching this actually helped me a lot, since I accidentally isolated my hoop for a few seconds one day and from the looks of it I’ve been doing my isolations wrong. I usually hold the hoop still with one hand, and move it with another. This tutorial was so informative! Thank you!

OMG I find it hard, is it because my hula actually has water inside?? your great at explaining but my hoop same to not working:(
@joncoyne68811 жыл бұрын
Could be. I don't recommend using a hoop with water inside to perform isolations with. The water might make it challenging to keep the hoop in one spot.
@Healthnut274 жыл бұрын
My hoop keeps falling when I turn. Is my hoop too big and heavy? 38” and 3/4”
@hoopsmiles4 жыл бұрын
Yes, for this trick, your hoop maybe too big. I personally prefer 1/2" and smaller for hand hoop tricks.
@Thegeekygirlgamer3511 жыл бұрын
Do you need special hoop?
@hoopsmiles11 жыл бұрын
I recommend using a smaller lighter hoop to perform isolations, such as a 1/2 inch tubing or smaller

Just a warning to everyone, These are almost impossible with water hoops, They counter balance good with spinning, but Jesus Christ do they screw up isolations XD
