I remember when I made my parents by this for me as a 10 year old kid in 87. I was skinny and weak, but i loved the Hulkster, and this workout tape was the best item I could have received. No joke, I actually got in better shape by following this workout program. These were the good ole days, and Hulk was a great role model.

This is definitely the tape I remember owning.....and the workout set I owned only had the one. It also included set of 2 dummbells, a hand grip, a jump rope, a head band, 2 wristbands and an illustrated workout chart. But I'm 99.9% certain it only included the one cassette.
