I think originally, Hulk was supposed to be a very primal creature, hence his physical resemblance to Neanderthal Man. I always perceived Hulk to be like Swamp Thing - in sync with nature, that's why he was good with animals. You could also say that he is empathic as well. It would have been interesting if Stan Lee had created Hulk with the ability to mildly manipulate some elements of nature. The Hulk is kind of an introvert - eschewing big cities and crowded places for mountAins, lakes, streams, oceans. It's of interest that, like most animals, Hulk has been shown to be a bit fearful of fire in that while he will plough through it to save a life,, it's not an element he would choose to willingly interact with if he can help it. I would create him as a being who can not only manipulate the elements to some degree, but is also a natural survivalist with an in-depth knowledge of the natural world. Also, note that the rabbit didn't take off or show any fear until Hulk reverted back to human form, and man is nature's deadliest enemy. In any case, the rabbit now knows his secret. Lol.

Seeing Dark Shadows veteran Kathryn Leigh Scott in “A Solitary Place” was an absolute blast. In this episode, it looked like she hadn’t aged a day since she left Dark Shadows in late 1970. I believe her character’s last name was a tribute to the soap opera. Kathryn Leigh Scott (Maggie Evans [contemporary, 1970 Parallel Time, and House of Dark Shadows], Josette duPres [1795-1797], Rachel Drummond and Kitty Soames [both 1897]) was the fourth and final Dark Shadows actor in The Incredible Hulk following Lara Parker (Angelique Bouchard) in the pilot, Dennis Patrick (Jason McGuire, Paul Stoddard) in “The Antowuk Horror,” and Dana Elcar (Sheriff George Patterson) in “Escape from Los Santos.” Scott briefly rejoined the Marvel world in the Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD episode “Aftershocks” in 2015 4:15-5:59 seeing the Hulk help a bunny get free from a mini bear trap made me realize that, beneath all his anger and rage, lied a real gentle being 💚 the whole scene itself melted my heart and I cried tears of joy 💜

I'm completely surprised that the director or cameraman didn't notice the green make-up washing off of Lou Ferrigno's face by the water. There were a couple of episodes too where the Hulk's wig would fly off to one side why the Hulk was running and nobody in the film crew caught it.

It was more about budgets than scope back then. Both shows were more expensive to produce than typical shows back then. For example Battlestar Galactica did well in the ratings. It was the cost to produce that killed it.

Also at that time people probably didn’t have high expectations. I can’t say for sure since I was born in the 2000s. Beside the other heroes were no where near as good as Hulk back then. Accept Daredevil. But even he was incomparable to Hulk

Eight-foot giant even bigger than the Hulk with black, shaggy hair all over him. But one of the most gentlest beings you'll ever meet. Harry and his friends became close friends of Hagrid, who was the groundskeeper of Hogwarts and Magical Creatures teacher. I think it's high time we stopped judging on outer superficial appearances and began looking at what's inside a person.
