Three things you need to consider for Atrocitus. 1. He’s older than the Green Lantern Corps and has been fighting in wars nonstop using blood magic, small arm tactics, and hand to hand combat. 2. His hand picked a lantern corps of less than 20 individuals can hold back a Green Lantern Corps of over 3600 because they are immune to poison, mind control, don’t age, and for the most part they can heal from just about any wound they sustain in combat. 3. Finally atrocities doesn’t have an upper limit on strength similar to the hulk, but if he uses his napalm blood on the hulk in close quarters combat hulk will lose because the acid in that vomit can burn through anything and doesn’t stop until it’s target is dead. Don’t believe me? Then answer why he was single-handedly able to go through an entire planet of Black lanterns “super powered zombie lanterns“ fly halfway across the universe and beat down another lantern who by himself possess the power of an entire corps. Think about it there’s a reason why Darkside stays away from Atrocitus and the red lanterns.

Hulk is very versatile. His ability to energy drain and power amp via said energy absorbing ability is absolutely nuts. He’s got the ability to absorb dark energy which amps his power levels even greater than gamma radiation. He’s completely immortal with the ability to revive on the spot. He’s got the greatest regenerative healing factor in Marvel, can see ghost and astral forms with the ability to communicate with them on the physical plain. Just like to remind everybody here that Atrocitus has smacked aside The Spectre who is the right hand of God when he made the mistake of getting in Atrocitus way once. He’s manhandled superman like a champ and can knock out wonder woman with one hit. Not to mention the napalm blood which would boil hulk alive. As a red lantern you can feed off an endless amount of power and increase your own strength without limits. Red lanterns feed off of the emotion of rage which aside from love is the only other one that can be felt by both living and the dead mortal or God. This is kinda tough to call really. Sure at a base level Hulk has superior physicality but not by much. I mean it really is pretty close. The issue is that Hulk’s usual caveat of getting stronger as he gets angrier isn’t going to allow him to eventually just overpower Atrocitus like it usually would for a lot of other opponents. The fact Atrocitus gets more powerful directly in proportion to the rage around him means that he is going to get exponentially stronger as Hulk gets angrier, just like the Hulk himself. And as Atrocitus gets more powerful, so do his other abilities. That’s how he managed to defeat and entire Lantern Corps by himself. Hulk could not have done that. Atrocitus would likely fight hulk for long enough that he would realise Hulk’s ridiculous, near limitless capacity for rage and try and turn him into a Red Lantern mid-fight rather than keep trying to kill him. . The problem is that Hulk’s healing factor would almost certainly reject and try to resist the transformation into a Red Lantern. If this happened and Atrocitus was unable to turn Hulk into a Red Lantern, then I believe he would be disappointed but then go all out trying to kill the Green Goliath. With that said, I’m sure he would battle it out hand to hand for quite some time with both stalemating the other or Hulk just edging it out but both being kept in the fight by the constant empowerment of rage. When Atrocitus finally resorts to his Napalm Breath, he would see that it does manage to burn Hulk. Sure Hulk would heal from it, but Atrocitus isn’t an idiot, he’s actually very intelligent. Once coming to the conclusion that he can’t beat Hulk hand to hand, but seeing his breath work on Hulk (even if Hulk just heals from it), he’s eventually going to commit to a full on Napalm Breath assault until he’s burned Hulk down to nothing, so there’s nothing left of him to regenerate from. . It would be a long and epic battle to be sure, but due to rage empowerment, the only way either one of these combatants could kill each other would be Atrocitus burning Hulk to nothing. Otherwise, Hulks own rage would empower Atrocitus enough that Hulk wouldn’t be able to straight up defeat him and while Atrocitus wouldn’t be able to beat Hulk in a straight fight either, he’s not limited to that and he has a trump card in the form of his Breath attack - plus the intelligence to realise it’s his only option to win in the end. But again, this is assuming that Hulk’s healing factor can overcome the effects of the Red Ring that Atrocitus would offer Hulk almost immediately and Hulk doesn’t end up the new MVP of the Red Lantern Corps. . As a side note, Hulk is NOT more stable than Primary Adamantium. There’s context the the “adamantium shaping” device used against him by the Mad Thinker. Hulk can and is regularly injured by things that wouldn’t even come close to damaging adamantium. Also he never even came close to actually hurting Zeus either. That’s just silly.

Even if he had (which he hasn’t), it’s completely contradictory to pretty much every other appearance Hulk has had. Claiming Hulk has is universal anything is laughable. Just like the idea that he could even hope to 1-shot Atrocitus. . He also didn’t do shit to TOBA. All he did was disperse a a cloud of smoke (which was the form that TOBA was taking at the time). Idk about the first one Mxy is probably more powerful LT and Spectre are completely different and serve different purposes the LT doesn't have any "friend's" it's a conceptual being that does what it's created to do judge so no they wouldn't be friend's but I don't see them clashing either. That ring is also a fatal flaw the hulk can exploit. It may be a power source, but it’s also a life support dependency as it becomes the user’s new heart. Red lanterns can’t remove the ring without risking their own lives, and if the ring gets destroyed the user will die

Hulks rage would only make him blinder to actually strategy, and Atrocitous would only get stronger as Hulk did based on rage. I’m not saying Atrocitous would definitely win. But I fell like he wasn’t given a fair shake here. I don’t think this guy ever gives people a fair shake against Hulk. Even one of his most recent video with Hulk he didn’t even know how Hulk would beat Hunter/Prey Doomsday, he just gave it to him anyway.

This would be a very interesting matchup however I think Atrocitus is too much for hulk to handle. Physically they are on par with each other for the most part, with Atrocitus taking the speed advantage. Atrocitus despite his rage tendencies, is actually highly intelligence and tactical and his red ring constructs, rage vomit and Blood magic would be lethal to hulk. Or Atrocitus could literally convert hulk to a red lantern and control him. Which is definitely possible due to the beings he’s managed to convert in the past. So while a physical fight would probably go to Atrocitus Mid to High difficulty, when you factor in his other hax he stomps

Really the questions are the following: Can Atrocitous' vomit can overwrite Hulk's Healing factor. If yes Hulk looses, if not next question. Can Atrocitous' Ring feed on Hulk's rage? If no Huulkd wins if yes next question. Is there a limit to the rage power Atrocitous's ring can handle? If no Hulk wins, if yes then the battle turns into a stalemate until something unexpected happens. After this we can only speculate what happens, if both fighters are not able to overcome the other with sheer strength and neither can reach a limit then something else might happen. Maybe their battle frees the One Below All that who currently gives Hulk his Gamma power and possesses Hulk's body and then Atrocitous must fight the OBA. But what does this mean? This can be a loose for Atrocitous becasue he can't really fight the OBA but it can mean a win for Atrocitous because the Hulk has been possessed and is no longer in control of himself. Or they both get dragged through the green door down to the Below place where the Gamma power originates from, the realm of the OBA. There the Hulk has access to all of the Gamma power that exists and can likely defeat Atrocitous with it since he could make the OBA's smoke body to recoil and even defeat tits armies of demons. Or can Atrocitous' ring harness the gamma power or rage from the Below place? Lantern rings often shown to have really stupid hax powers (especially silver age) so that is not completely unreasonable but unlikely. None the less both would be interesting cases I would love to read.

Let's all be real here it's either a stale mate or hulk wont be able to handle his own strength. Because at that point it's an equal unmovable force acting against an unstoppable force. My vote goes to the ring that now has a endless supply of power. But thats based on what ifs like everyone in the comment thread is speculating. Ofc if Hulk wanted to just go from 0 to 100 and go for the head he might burst through the initial defenses of the red lantern ring. What if Hulk just goes for the fight though as he always does and doesnt go for the kill. He'd have trouble against that rings as he would get more annoyed by not being able to get past the shield. Good fight overall, it's like I said unmovable object vs unstoppable force, but in this case the unstoppable force fuels the unmovable object.

Danco you never reply to comments. Listen hulk is the strongest one there is in the Marvel 616 earth. That does not mean he is the strongest in all of comics.(dc, anime, etc).
