Point of it was, sorry that your computer chose now to go on the fritz, and if you aren't comfortable working on computers, I have a couple of decades of experience and would be happy to take you through the process of building a new one - it's as easy as assembling legos, nowadays.

if you have a city that needs loads of infra remember you can just buy a settler and replace your admin center with it. Even if it loses you 20 pop it grows FAST and the new pops MAY (I'm not sure) count toward your agrarian stars. I mean there's SO many ways to cheat the agrarian stars I'd assume this is one of them lol.

@@JumboPixel oh yeah, and you have to reconect the outposts... yeah it sometimes gets too tedious to do. I mainly do this on new and possibly recently conquered or settled cities when I get settlers and engineers.

I got confused by the +2 stability thing too, it's just cuz you have the Zhou trait. It appeared on my game when the first big patch came out (mid August??) and I had been playing Zhou. Yes, questionable move by the developers.

Paying someone to build your PC doesn't ensure a quality PSU... trying to say they charged me $50,000 so it must be good is a fallacious argument. Also Consumer Guarantees act applies in NZ even if they do cheap out and supply a craptastic PSU for an expensive system. But best way to avoid hassles is just buy a good PSU directly. A "high end" PSU costs about 700 NZD, but you also get a 7 or 10 year warranty, I have several and so far only 1 died after 12 years use, they generally just dont die unless the thermal grease dries out.... thats the difference between "Cheaping out" or buying Quality, but there is no correlation between overall system cost and quality of the PSU and many builders will cut corners on the PSU...very much buyer beware.
