I have been following these for years since 2011, waking up to warm water, then a non-citrus fruit and dry nuts, exercising, then carrying on with the regular day with no-oil no-salt breakfast and work. Dinner by 6PM, no water after 7pm and sleep by 9pm. I also follow zero alcohol, smoking, as much possible zero packaged drinks or food. My acidity, constipation, and acne all got cured. I am now 44 and feel the energies of twenty something.

THE PODCAST WAS REALLY THOUGHTFUL.. So I start my day with 3 glasses of lukewarm water. Then go for Yoga.. After completing all my rituals I binge on some soaked dryfruits.. later to it I feed myself with green apple.. After few hours I take my breakfast.. later I eat fruits and salad (carrot+Beetroot+Cucumber).. Then I take my lunch.. After one hour of the lunch I consume a cup of green tea.. In the evening after I reach home I prefer a cup of Tea alongwith the biscuits and namkeen which I know is not healthy at all..😒.. Then by 9pm I take as glass of turmeric milk with dates.. Finally I go to sleep at 10.. Please help me in correcting my diet and food habits

The regiment is hard to follow even though I absolutely believe it will work. A lot of it makes logical sense especially things like not having too much food in your gut before going to sleep. I work 6-5, and often even longer hours so I can't even prepare a meal at lunchtime let alone eat it properly as work hours don't allow for it.

Design and flowchart the most efficient computer generated systems for many businesses. Even got up to study when in college around this time and was an A+ student. That was in the 70's and 80's. Those with IBS and weak digestive fire in the morning, must start their day with jamun juice or jamun sirka (jamun vinegar) which is the best thing to be taken daily on empty stomach (2 capfuls in a glass of water). Jamun sirka is also great for diabetics, diarrhea or gas. For those who wake up late (due to night shifts) it is better to avoid breakfast entirely and have lunch by 2pm and a light dinner by 8pm.

The doctor spoke too fast. I missed out on a lot of her information. I don’t agree with what I heard about breakfast. The best way of healthy eating is , every morning eat breakfast like a king, which should be the biggest meal of the day . Lunch like a queen, which should be a smaller meal and dinner like a pauper which should be little to basically nothing. Only then you can have a good Circadian Rhythm.

Towards the end where Dr. Dimple mentions the rice in the jar with water is from "Dr. Masaru Emoto". Masaru did the same experiment with music to snow flakes. (He also collected water samples all over the world and Freeze them). In 2010 in Mt. Shasta, California for a "Water Symposium" he used my husband Albert's Native American flute music to a snow flake. The colors were pink and green. Then he showed us what dark heavy metal music did to the other snow flake, which turned black and grey...
