She is the one host I have seen who won't cut the talk and allow guests to speak fully. Thank you so much for that. It feels so irritating to listen most other podcasts where the host interrupts the flow of talk. Here, the host patiently listens and asks questions only at the end. It helps the audience to catch the continuity. Thank you so much.

How to get relief from acid reflux gerd . Please suggest something. I'm suffering from past 8months. Medicines r not helping. My reports are correct. But this acid reflux is pathetic I can't eat anything. How to survive then??? Please someone reply🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️
@Sneha-vk7nb2 ай бұрын
@@notsostylish209 these are few things which helped me to completely come out of acid reflux. 1)I stopped diary products except ghee. 2) Reduce the amount of simple carbohydrates like white rice, white bread, and other refined flours. 3)Finish your last meal by 6pm , if not ,atleast by 7pm. 4)Do not over eat, leave some space in stomach. 5) Have a small bowl of freshly cut carrots and salad cucumber (you can use a salad dressing made of salt ,pepper ,olive oil and apple cider vinegar if you wish to. Apple cider vinegar usually helps with acid reflux and wont increase the problem.) 6)Practice sensible eating...i mean, don't munch on anything which comes on your way. Foods like prawns, shell fish etc are not good for acid reflux. 7)I personally switched to full bran red rice. You will need less quantity , plus the added benefit of high fiber. 8) Check if wheat is problematic, if yes, skip it. Opt for millets. The basic thing is, sensible eating. Definitely cucumber will help. For me it really worked like fire extinguisher. Include Vegetables rich in water , like pumpkin, ash gourd, ridge gourd etc liberally in food. Carefully watch how your body reacts to each food item, and include or exclude accordingly. Usually fried items are not good in acid relux. Good luck and take care.

Indeed, I’m watching from Sri Lanka. Fortunately, I can speak Hindi and understand it well, which was a great help in grasping every single word during the conversation. I truly admire this girl and boy because what they do is incredibly beneficial for society. In my view, in this era, even most doctors and food professionals rarely speak about such valuable topics, focusing instead on things that benefit their own pockets. I have tried this “Ash Gourd Juice,” and what they stated is absolutely amazing. I believe that on this earth, there is no fruit or vegetable that compares to ash gourd. Its benefits are remarkable and truly stand out. The Satvic Movement is a major wake-up call for the pharmaceutical industry and doctors who often recommend drugs to innocent people instead of advocating for natural remedies. Anyway, thank you to the presenter and this lovely couple. Love you all!

@bhagyaspc3 ай бұрын
Plant also have life but life enegery that plants carry is limited compared to animals. Like animals have emotions they scream scared of death , bonding with their babies etc . Also most of the plants offer food themselves like for example mangoes is being offered to US by plant without cutting the whole tree. Most of all simple 2 times vegetarian meals is good enough for great health which I have experienced myself. We used to watch 4 times now simple home cooked meal 2 times daily. 11 am and 6 pm best decision ever made for health.

Namaste 🙏 Love watching your podcasts. Thank you for all the knowledge shared. Satvic movement is certainly touching lakhs of lives. Gratitude to them as well. Subah mentioned at some point in this podcast on our ancestors passing on knowledge on the anamaya kosha or the physical body but not so much on the emotional body or pranamaya kosha. From the little that i know i would like to mention these points... Our ancestors, rishis, sages had very deep , profound, divined scientific knowledge that was so compassionately shared for the betterment and upliftment of mankind of. The most fundamental is the knowledge of the koshas. The science of Ayurveda intertwined with yoga shashtras and jyotisha clearly speaks of the panchakoshas, one of which being the emotional realm. I would urge you to delve deeply into the authentic original sanskrit texts to get at the right information. Ayurveda, i am pretty sure existed way before hippocrates. Always good to responsibly share authentic information...

If milk was so bad why would our ancestors, granny great grandmother etc never stopped us from all this?? Why the doctors always encourage for kids and old people? Today few people are lactose intolerant because of different reasons like Gmo. Adulterated. Pure milk would never harm. Body needs calcium, protein etc. When you lack and quit then one has to rely on outsource like supplements. What about that? Is supplements better than natural sources??

Do you both manage to get organic food?? Because as u suggest plant foods, which is so difficult firstly to get organic, secondly just eating two three veggies a day isn't enough nutritionally for the body. Pls highlight on this. Because by now we all know and every doctor mentions it everytime all the points that you have said, be it proper food, sleep, detox, etc etc.. but how to procure organic food? How to reduce stress when one has to work meet targets, look after family, earn to meet needs, pay loans, education, savings , health, etc???? Especially those who are in corporate life. The life that you are talking is possible once a person has no liabilities, owning a house, little finance for old age without worrying and a small place to grow organic. At present everywhere we get is non organic, air pollution, stress, etc, so how to avoid illnesses which is passed by food full of pesticide, air pollution etc?? Kindly advise

Set goals in accordance with the realities of life. Its ok to travel in your alto even if your neighbor is going in his benz. These are matters of attitude. 5. Avoid foods which negatively impact ur health. Replace them with cheap and healthy alternatives. For eg, i personally has replaced milk with ragi and leafy greens. It helped me with my issues of stomach. 6.Read that you have a meaningless life...do one thing... Spare some time ,and help someone who may need you. Share a smile to someone who is under pain.
