@ryanthompson3737 Жыл бұрын
...let's not go down that route when many countries have weight limits 1.5 - 2x as high because they ACTUALLY maintain their infrastructure. Even in Canada, just across the border, the weight limit is 50,000 lbs higher than the US. Here's the funny part... you guys max out at 80,000lbs, but in Canada you can drive on our roads and then somehow fit 5 of these hummer EVs IN your trailer and still be underweight by 5,000lbs. It's not a problem with the car, it's literally a poor infrastructure problem. You guys dump too much into your defense and military and NOTHING into your own people and then wonder why your country is falling apart.
@ryanthompson3737 Жыл бұрын
Also you are completely lying and purposely leaving out context. According to New York law, a NON-COMMERCIAL vehicle is 26,000lbs or below. This hummer is only around 10,000lbs which means you can 2.5x that trucks weight and still be considered a passenger vehicle and not a commercial vehicle.

@@TedwardDrives yes. I think EVs are great cars for commuting but not much fun on road trips. I’ve been happy with my phev. But after watching your videos I’m really missing the manual transmissions I’ve driven most of my life.

9000 pounds ? And they haven’t figured out a way to put enough battery to get a 500 mile range ? Do they actually want to sell these things ?

How is the road noise? Wondering if it’s noisy because of the removable panels

When you said it's cheaper than a gas guzzling diesel, should have said gas guzzling petrol!!! Petrol Vehicles are so much less efficient compared to their diesel counterparts!!!! Coming from the Europe to North America people don't tend to like diesel only a few diesel pumps around. But yet far more efficient than petrols!!! Kinda miss the diesels, I guess electric is the direction of the future if only we could charge an electric car in a few minutes like filling up a conventional car!!!
