mine is doing the same thing, but i checked and that bracket is still attached :/ EDIT: for anybody wondering, I found and fixed the problem. It was the heat shield, but under the front of the engine, below the oxygen sensor under the hummer. Layed underneath it, reached up, and cranked down a big hose clamp to the shield. No more vibration. Had a friend hold the brakes, and rev the engine in drive to 1800RPM to find the source of the buzzing.

My 09 sounds like a cow when I accelerate the gas when I let off noise lessens Did ur truck sound like a cow as u accelerated is that the vibrating ???

My 2009 is quite until when cool but soon as engine heats to normal temp the sound starts between 2nd and 3rd gear.

Mine made a similar noise. Was from a missing clamp on exhaust heat shield. Really cheap fix.

mine was doing the same thing, turned out my heater core went. It's not a cheap fix but sitting in 90 degree traffic with the ac blowing and staying on 1/4 sure is nice

Sounds like you have a bad head gasket. You can buy a kit and test the fluids.
