Hope you enjoy! The Passata is a staple here in Australia. Called Tomato Puree in North America. It's amazing as a sauce for cabbage rolls too! 👍🏻

If you use Bell peppers you can stand the stuffed peppers in a pot or a tray and cook them in the oven, they are amazing. Also they are much easier to stuff. You can use the peppers tops or slices of tomatoes 🍅 as lids and they'll look beautiful

Great tip! I also sometimes just cook it in a pot on the stove, actually we had that for dinner yesterday!
