Hi I won't be able to specify sizes to all baking dishes because it's very old I have no idea,I used a standard swissroll pan for the Hungarian tart but only used halved the pan because it's not a large batch

Also known as "Elizabeth's slices" Traditionally cocoa nut is not used, those are tropical and Hungary is far from the tropics! We use raspberry "buter" a jam that is thicker than table jam. Good?? OHHH Yes!

In South Africa we call it Hungarian tart,who knows where the name comes from by our parents and grandparents called it that🤷♀️I like adding coconut for texture.

Hi I'm sorry about that u must have done something wrong,maybe your dough was to dry or u didn't compact it tightly enough in your pan ,remove from pan when completely cool always use cake measuring cups and food scales,never happened to me so not sure what went wrong but I posted an updated version if u would like to give that one ago kzbin.info/www/bejne/emLFo4GPrpylj5o
