i feel like there isnt enough love for haymitch and effie like they were their parents for the entire time they were there for them when nobody else was there is never going to be enough love for those two sure haymitch is usually drunk but he was going through a lot of trauma his entire family was killed so it makes sense that he would drink but later on in the mockingjay he stops dirnking and becomes a parental figure to katniss who is obvioulsy going through a rough patch as peeta is getting torture in the capital
