Yeah that's a time to stop before your seriously damage your vocal cords.. and take a break from them.. like for me my throat feels like razor blades if I do high screams but if I do low screams or whatever... they don't hurt

Then you're not doing it right. While what he teaches is correct, he left out the part where you shouldn't dive into it full tilt right at the start if youre new to screaming. Essential just practice practice practice. Usually, you'll start with the heavy, frustrated sigh. If that hurts, start at the regular sigh and learn to relax them coords. The big thing here, again, if you're new to harsh vocals is PRACTICE!

this video actually helped me get my false chords but still confused on how to do high false chords. My mid and lows were the easiest to get but my high just sounds like a regular mid and dunno what to do.
