I like how he show how to confit with just the fat from the duck youre cooking, other cooking shows show by using a tub of external duck fat. you can never get that naturally.

These 2 look so annoyed with doing this I'm surprised they didn't curdle the food. The lady in particular needs to get with the fact that this chef is an international name for his cooking. 😮
