Great podcast, Love the stories and all the info... Would love to have a similar situation with somebody from the west doing elk hunts.

This was one of the best ones so far. You guys asked so many questions I have had for a long time for outfitters on big hunts like that. Really enjoyed it very much. Look forward to the next one.

Great video! Could you talk about how you would hunt a velvet buck without access to a field if you had the chance? We have a three day season next weekend for them in TN. We have mostly hills and hardwoods in my area.

we appreciate it Isaiah! We already have an episode in the works for next week. However, if you send us an email to contact@raisedhunting.com with some more information about the land you are hunting, we can try and give you an answer!

Another great episode guys. It is great to hear stories about this type of hunting. I know I will never be able to afford a hunt like this, but you can live it through the stories of other people. Keep them coming.

It is was really amazing to hear about the process of what hunts in Alaska are like, especially from the guides perspective. It would for sure be a challenge for a lot of hunters to be able to afford it. We appreciate the support on the podcast!

Awesome podcast. Really got me thinking about a moose hunt but def gonna have to start saving now at 24😂 back to whitetail for now. Question about deer management. Kentucky born and raised as stated 24 yo. My specific area the deer numbers are extremely good especially our farm. But the age class is very poor. 2/3 yos are plentiful 4/5+ not so much. Hunting 500 acres plus a few permission farms. What’s one thing you can do to help keep deer on ur farm to prevent them wondering off at that 3/4 yo range. Our bucks fully mature at 4/5 are around 150-170. Some greater but it’s next to impossible and almost unheard of to see a 5+ in my specific area.

Warren, that was a great question about how you come back and fit into society. Sam is an APEX predator when he comes home. We take him out for dinner or go shopping and his head is on a swivel. He is watching for any attack coming. It takes him time to come back to earth. But he is a survivor and protector. He's an APEX predator it's just it sleeps for months at a time. Sam's Dad
