Earlier today, before I went to gym, I was searching for videos on glutes because I am starting this on a more serious note now. I went to gym stood there with my phone and tried most of these because I was not sure whether I should do all at the same time or not and I came back here just to say, yup, my gluties are burrrrning and I like it. No pain, no gain. I do have an important errand to run tomorrow, so I hope I don't have to walk like a penguin.😅Thank you for your help, lady. 💥

Great info. And I liked how you didn’t load up so much on the weights like some other fitness influencers do as if that’s a requirement for success and if I can’t match that then I’m not having an effective glute workout. Thank you.

☺️ This was all filmed in one go so it is all demo weight here, not actual loads. The weight you use is relative to the exercise, volume, and your own strength. No one should ever copy another persons weight! Just lift what feels best for you💪

@HunterChilton8 ай бұрын
This isn’t a workout! It’s a list of different exercises I love for the glutes. You could incorporate a couple into your own workout or pick 4-6 and make your own workout! Try to choose a variety of movement patterns if you make your own. The weight you use is relative and will ultimately depend on your goals and reps/sets. Aim to use challenging weight for your own strength, leaving you 1-3 reps shy of failure most sets. Again, this is very generalized. It will ultimately depend on what you’re doing and overall goals.
