Don't use a box cutter knife,the blades are oiled,you don't want that on your shrooms,nice hunting though

Good point. I actually carry a knife now along with a small brush. I use the brush to get off any dirt on the shroom.

These are really great mushrooms. Easy to find and you can you usually get quite a few in a short time. They aren't quite as good as a motel, but still really good.
