You're gonna be hard pressed to find many wild trout in Ridley Creek. Obviously you didn't check the fishing regulations for the area or you just didn't care to know. There is a very small fly fishing only section in that area and you fished a good portion of it with a spinning rod!! If you care to try again, you need to to go upstream from that little parking lot and go above the water falls. From there you can walk or wade to you harts content!! I would really try way up stream from there. Im surprised you didn't get any other comments like this one!! Please look at state park map next time!!

Nice video it's hard finding hold over stocker trout I wish more places would do a fall stock as well. They charge enough for license that it shouldn't be an issue. Problem is most stocked water ways are over fished.

Most of the trout are likely gone. Try a place of Ridley creek at the colonial plantation. Maybe you've been there. They're supposed to do one last trout stock in oct for Ridley and Darby creek

I was just there today! LOL, we walked up past the fly fishing only area, and caught a few smallies. Too many people though. I like the looks of where you guys are fishing better. Nice video!

Our PA fallfish are a MUCH better gamefish than any hatchery invasive trout. All the trout are dead in that creek after those heat waves. Water temps pushing 85 degrees. Cherish those fallfish brother. Tight lines🤘
