Also, he never said Biden was forgetful, he only said Biden presented himself _as though he were._ That's somewhat unprofessional editorialization, but not an actual comment on Biden's memory, so acting like it is is not a legitimate attack on either Biden or Hur. So don't go after him, the reality-based community needs all the allies it can get right now.
