The reporter asks an important question. Did you have insurance? The man then informs the reporter that he's a renter and it's no big deal. Neither is renters insurance at $50/month. I mean the guy lived at the bank's edge practically... that none of these people have insurance given the area's history is a shame. As an example I chose an address in Asheville right next to the river, priced it out with Neptune providing $250k rebuild, $100k contents, $10000 temporary living, $10k basement contents, and.... added a rider that pays the full value. $600/year

Breaks my heart I can’t do anything to help. I do good to walk outside and sit these days, but I promise I’m better off then these people! Those mountains get cold and winter is here. All those FEMA trailers are being used for illegals is a damn shame!
