I think all of your videos are fantastic! You have shown more than any of the news channels. Please be careful out there.

It’s a little disturbing from the very start when you’re driving down a highway, and everyone else is driving in the opposite direction that you’re driving.

Been there, done that. Yes, it's a bit like driving toward Devil's Tower.

I live in houma seems like the only thing u were chasing is a extremely safe spot to film.this was filmed in downtown houma in a parking garage behind the houma tower .it doesn't even show a fraction of what happened

That would be such a scary site to see all those cars leaving as you are going the opposite way if you didn't know as to why the reason.

Hi there. Normally, you guys indicate by the SID who documented this chase. Could you please update that for us? Thanks very much in advance.

I appreciate your documentation, with a couple caveats. The center screen watermarks, and bottom left faux timecodes, which have no bearing on reality, and are nothing more than a measure of time into the video, echoed by the video time on KZbin. The timecode is obviously contrived, with implied authenticity where none is necessary. You do this for a living, and I strongly suggest that in future videos you forget about that fake time code, it's gimmicy and sucks. It would be meaningful if it reflected the ACTUAL elapsed time, which it obviously does not.

One more question: What does 930 millibars translate into? Isn't it somewhere in the 2800s? I always like to know that, so for future videos, could you all please indicate what the lowest central pressure is for hurricanes in those terms? It would help a lot. Thanks so much in advance.

So, while I’m not a storm chaser, I roughly understand mBar. The average mBar within a normal day is about 1002 to 1020, give or take, and a hurricane is a concentration of lower pressure. Usually most are in the 930 to 940, but sometimes they dip down to even lower, like Super Typhoon Mawar earlier this year which went down to around 895. Most storm chasers, or weather geeks like myself, prefer millibars due to ease of understanding the intensity. And, when you’re in the moment like these people, it’s hard to concentrate on it.

Your kept filming the cemetery, were you expecting the dead to rise. All over Houma there is devastation but your film makes it look like a severe rain storm. I have seen the real effects of the storm.

He wouldn’t have been safe filming the most devastating part. Prayers for all 🙏

They had to stay in the parking garage to be safe. Where is your footage of your walking or driving the streets in that weather Darlene?
@tlandry96893 жыл бұрын
@@Sputz3 Darlene isn’t trying to be a storm chaser. Sees a resident. For a storm chasing video, this is really lame.
