so great! I love the whole thing! I just had surgery on my left forefoot, and, the classes I find most helpful are done in the boot.:P I feel like it forces the instructor to think about that foot and the non-weight bearing booted foot. AND just wow! So killer and so great feeling. I also have knee issues so I used a pillow for my knees and for my foot. AMAZE.

Perhaps some routines that don't include so much toe pointing and foot flexing. Like the general exercises, but the video title didn't really reflect the video content. Thanks for the effort to share though.

I have a navicular fracture in my right foot from a mountain bike accident and am in a cast for 6 weeks. I found you looking for workouts I can do. I've been doing your chair and floor workouts. I also have an injured right shoulder. Doctor has told me to exercise my rotator cuff.

not realistic. you are on the floor. with your feet behind you. If you have a "hurt foot" that position is impossible. Maybe you should show how to get down like that.

It depends on where you're foot is hurt. For me, this was awesome. I tore a tendon on the arch of my foot, so, totally doable and helpful.

You can put a small pillow under your Achilles area to lift foot off floor. Then your weight is on Achilles & knee muscles
